I have a private studio in Eliburn, livingston, West lothian. The gym has various cardio and resistance machines as well as free weights and mobility equipment.

I hold a level 3 Personal fitness trainer qualification and gym Instructor qualification. I am a member of CIMSPA  (UK Professional body for Sport and Fitness). I'm also a member of UK Coaching with full public and product liability Insurance.

All clients receive a full health and fitness assessment  before starting their course. Clients have full access to the FoxFit App. Our app has all health and fitness stats, daily habit tracker and personalised workouts for home and/or gym. There is also a chat facility to contact your trainer for assistance with any questions. The FoxFit PT App is fully compatible with smart watches and steps and exercise can be linked directly. This makes tracking and accountability much easier.
